Beaird Tower has partnered with Bonvenu Bank to construct the Bonvenu Bank Community Room. This new multipurpose room amenity is available to the tenants of Beaird Tower and also to the Shreveport/Bossier Community. This event room is equipped to accommodate both large & small meetings, training sessions, banquets, formal & non-formal events, speaker presentations, and more.
Available Equipment
Some of the equipment available to users of the room are folding tables, chairs, table linens, podium, portable stage, kitchenette, coffee bar, wall-mounted projector screen and ceiling mounted HD laser projector, HD conferencing camera, microphones & speakers.
Reservation Process
Follow these simple steps:
- Review available times and dates on the calendar below.
- Submit request form online. To ensure that your event is setup correctly, form must be received at least 48 Hours prior to the event.
- Vintage Realty will confirm your reservation once approved.
- A required Hold Harmless Agreement will be sent to non-tenants.
- Get ready to enjoy your meeting!
