Convenient reserved tenant and visitor parking is available in the attached garage with a generous parking ratio. The 5 level parking garage also includes an elevator. Non Tenants may park here if there is availability.
Through a partnership with AEP SWEPCO, Beaird Tower offers an EV charging station for electric vehicles. It is free of charge for Beaird Tower tenants. We are working on a formal reservation program while we gauge interest, but for now it may be used on a first come first serve basis.
